Why is a pre-assessment required for a telehealth weight consultation?
The pre-assessment helps determine if you are suitable for medical weight loss treatments based on your current health status and medical history.
It aims to reduce the chances of going through an unnecessary consultation, which may potentially result in ineligibility for certain medical weight loss treatments.
Why is telehealth weight consultation a different cost to a general telehealth consultation?
Our Telehealth doctors have completed training in weight management and will conduct a thorough weight loss consultation via video telehealth consultation.
I didn’t get my results after completing the telehealth weight consultation pre-assessment, what can I do?
The results are sent to your mobile number at the time you provided it. If you didn't receive your results, try completing the pre-assessment again, and ensure your mobile number was entered correctly.

How will I know it's ready to pick up?
Our app is a simple, easy way to manage all your prescriptions at your local TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacy.
Your Pharmacist will enter your medical weight loss treatment into your active orders and you will receive an SMS at key moments, such as when it's time to re-fil a script or pick up your medication.
What if medical weight loss treatments are not suitable for me, can you still help me?
You can still achieve your weight loss goals through lifestyle changes.
Talk to your TerryWhite Chemmart Pharmacist about combining exercise and healthy eating plans with products to promote good nutrition, including protein shakes and bars and other nutritional supplements.

Your telehealth weight loss consultation is provided by our partner Hola Health and all Doctors are registered health practitioners registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the Medical Board of Australia to practice as a medical practitioner.

No, the Weight Care Program is an exclusive program for people who have been dispensed with select medical weight loss treatments at a TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacy.
You will be invited to join once your prescription is dispensed.
What happens if I change medications, will I lose all my progress?
No, don't worry. If you have changed to another medication supported by the Weight Care Program, your journey will be updated to include tips, hints and support for your new medication.
Can I speak to a Pharmacist in person for support?
