How do I earn rewards points with TerryWhite Chemmart?

Get real rewards every time you shop at TerryWhite Chemmart, earning 3 points for every $1^ spent.

Earn points on eligible non-prescription items when you present your Rewards Plus card either in-store, online on the TerryWhite Chemmart website or through the TerryWhite Chemmart app.

How does a loyalty member benefit from the loyalty program?

Rewards Plus members earn points on eligible purchases which translate to real dollar value to be redeemed on future purchases.

Members also enjoy bonus points on selected promotional items, can enter competitions with members-only prizes and gain exclusive access to specials and member gifts. Every 1000 points equals a $10 reward.

Rewards Plus members hear about the latest promotions, offers and marketing material via email & SMS. You can always unsubscribe at any point.

I signed up in-store, how can I access my account online?

The easiest way to access your Rewards Plus account is via the TerryWhite Chemmart app, or via account login in your web browser.

When using the app, you can manage and view your point offers, transaction history, and view your digital loyalty card, as well as shop your favourite products or scripts anytime.

How do I replace my card?

If you have lost your Rewards Plus card, simply use your digital card through your TerryWhite Chemmart account online or ask for a replacement card at your local TerryWhite Chemmart.

Can I only earn at my local TerryWhite Chemmart store?

You can earn points for transactions online or at any TerryWhite Chemmart store throughout Australia.

When do my points expire?

Points on your Account will expire and be cancelled 18 months after the date the Points are issued.
