Click & Collect is a free service, allowing you to order a range of essential pharmacy products and collect in-store within 2 hours*. It is easy, saves time, and avoids the hassle of visiting a store only to find the item you want is out of stock.

Yes. Currently, we don’t have the capability to process scripts with online orders. However, you can order a prescription via the TerryWhite Chemmart app.

For existing prescriptions loaded into the app, simply click ‘Order’. For new prescriptions, submit your eScript token to your local pharmacy in the app. Select ‘Checkout’ and ‘next’ to review the order before you pay. For Click & Collect orders, you can choose to pay online on the app, or pay in-store at the Pharmacy.

We aim to process online orders within 2 hours*, subject to change. We’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready, via email. For urgent patient needs, please contact your local TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacy - we will always try to accommodate these requests.

Yes, you will be notified via email, as soon as your order is ready to collect. You can also check on the status of your order by calling your local store.

Your order will be waiting for you in the prescriptions area when you come into store. Alternatively, let a staff member know you are there to pick up a Click & Collect order.

Bring photo ID and the credit card that was used to pay for your items (if applicable). If you ordered a repeat for your medication using the TerryWhite Chemmart app, and you still have your paper script for it, please bring in the original script for your pharmacist's records.

Yes. This person will need to bring photo ID with them in order to verify their identity before they collect the order. If ordering via the app and someone else is collecting on your behalf, please write this in the notes section, including their full name and address.

Yes. Simply select ‘Delivery’ instead of ‘Click & Collect’ when ordering online.

If you’ve ordered a script through the app, your TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacist is always available to discuss your health or medication. You can speak to your local TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacist at any time, by visiting in-store, calling the store or via Telehealth. If your pharmacist needs to discuss something regarding an app order prior to dispensing your medication, they will phone you directly.
