Zatamil hydrogel is the only mometasone furoate hydrogel+ available in Australia designed for fast action to treat moderate forms of steroid responsive dermatoses, including psoriasis and eczema. Its hydrogel formula is compiled of hydrophillic polymers that swell with water without their structure dissolving1, resulting in greater contact time and reduced transedpidermal water loss vs ointments, whilst allowing for optimised drug delivery of actives to the skin, such as topical corticosteroids2. Its non-greasy texture contains moisturising properties to reduce scaling and dryness without the residue.
