The primer can help give the Mineral Foundation a lasting effect. Using your Thin Lizzy Flawless Fibre Brush gently pick up the minerals and tap twice over the container to remove any excess. Rotate the brush across the face and neck. Ensure you rotate the brush across and below the jawline to create a seamless finish between your face and neck. Reapply to build desired coverage.
