The Adjustable Wrist Wrap provides support, protection to weak and injured wrists and soft tissue complaints such as lateral ulnar ligament injury. The thermal properties increase bloody flow to aid in recovery while the wrap design enhances comfort with fastener straps to provide an adjustable fit. Best of all the wrist wrap can be worn on either wrist.
Support level: Moderate Small / Medium 14-19cm, measure evenly around wrist joint. See other listings for additional sizes. Wear the support directly against the skin, do not use heat creams under the thermal support. Use the thermal support after the initial trauma subsides. First action calls for rest, ice, compression. Only use the thermal 72 hours after initial trauma subsides to provide on-going compression and heat treatment. The fit should be firm but not tight. Do not wear supports whilst showering.
