The TerryWhite Chemmart Medication Syringe with Bottle Adaptor provides an accurate dose of medication every time. The syringe holds up to 10mL of liquid/solution and the bottle adaptor assists to draw up accurate doses of medication from bottles that don’t have a stopper.
1. If the medication bottle that you are using doesn’t have a stopper, insert the bottle adaptor into the top of the bottle. 2. Stand the bottle upright and insert the tip of the syringe into the hole of the adaptor. 3. Carefully turn the bottle upside down holding the syringe firmly against the bottle. 4. Pull the plunger back and fill the syringe slightly more than the desired dose. 5. Push the plunger up to remove any air bubbles and so that the medication is at the desired dose when at eye level. 6. Carefully turn the bottle back upright and remove the syringe. 7. Separate plunger from syringe and wash in warm soapy water. Air dry. 8. If the medication bottle has a stopper, insert the tip of the syringe into the hole in the stopper and complete steps 3 to 7.
