The TerryWhite Chemmart Heavyweight Bandage is ideal for strains and sprains and comes with bandage clip.
For joint injuries apply the bandage in diagonal turns in a figure-of-eight above and below the joint. When using generally, apply the bandage using spiral turns working from the inside to the outside of the limb. Leave fingers and toes peeking out to check circulation. Use the enclosed bandage clip to secure the bandage.
Apply the bandage firmly but not so tightly that it restricts circulation. Check circulation by pressing a finger or toenail for 5 seconds until it becomes pale and releasing. If colour does not reappear within 2 seconds the bandage is too tight.
Store in a cool, dry place.
