For the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anaemia; iron and vitamin C supplementation which may help relieve fatigue where dietary intake of both nutrients is inadequate.

Adults: Take one tablet daily or as directed by physician. Swallow the tablet whole, do not crush or chew.

Do not take this product for more than 12 months except on medical advice. Do not use if cap seal is broken.

Store below 30°C.

Each modified release tablet contains: Ferrous Sulfate 325 mg, equivalent to 105 mg of elemental iron. Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 500 mg. Does not contain sucrose, lactose or gluten.
