1. Prepare – Ensure hands are clean before handling the pad. Remove the pad from its packaging. 2. Position – Place the pad inside firm-fitting underwear, ensuring the extra-long length provides full coverage. 3. Secure – Press the adhesive strip firmly against the fabric to keep the pad in place. 4. Adjust – Make sure the pad contours to your body for comfort and maximum absorbency. 5. Dispose – After use, wrap the pad in its packaging or tissue and dispose of it in a bin. Do not flush.
