At the onset of period pain, take 2 capsules. If required, follow with 1 capsule every 6-8 hours. The total daily dosage should not exceed 4 capsules.
In very rare cases, Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Contains sesame seed products and sulfites.
