Read pack insert before use. Suitable for smokers who have their first cigarette of the day more than 30 minutes after waking up. How do I use Nicotinell Lozenges? 1. Place one lozenge in your mouth. 2. Move from one side of the mouth to the other periodically. 3. Continue until fully dissolved. The lozenge should not be chewed, sucked or swallowed whole. Only have one lozenge at a time and no more than 15 per day. Over time, you will be able to reduce how often you need a Lozenge. Week 1-6 Have one lozenge every 1–2 hours Adults should have at least 9 lozenges in total during this period. Week 7-9 Have one lozenge every 2–4 hours Week 10-12 Have one lozenge every 4-8 hours To help you stay smoke free while you seek to quit or reduce, take 1 nicotine lozenge in situations where you are strongly tempted to smoke. NICOTINELL NICOTINE PATCH + GUM OR LOZENGE in Combination Nicotinell Patches provide a controlled dose of nicotine throughout the day, however when the cravings hit hard, you may need an extra dose of nicotine. For a fast craving hit, try adding Nicotinell Gum 2 mg, or for something longer lasting, combine Nicotinell Patches with Nicotinell Lozenges 2 mg. You can combine Nicotinell Patches 21 mg with Nicotinell Gum 2 mg or Nicotinell Lozenges 2 mg. How do i use the combination of nicotine patch + gum or lozenge? Use each product as directed for 12 weeks. After 12 weeks, you should wean yourself off nicotine replacement therapy. There are two options: 1. Stop the patch and gradually reduce the gum or lozenge until they are no longer needed. 2. Continue using the same number of pieces of gum or lozenge and reduce to the Step 2 patch for 3-4 weeks. Then use the Step 3 patch for 3-4 weeks. When the patch is no longer needed gradually reduce the number of pieces of gum or lozenge until you no longer need them. Note: Nicotinell Gum 4 mg or Nicotinell Lozenges 4 mg should NOT be used with Nicotinell Patches.

Contains -Aspartame -15mg of sodium per lozenge, which should be taken into account by those on a low sodium diet. -15.42g of mannitol per 15 lozenges which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
