Squeeze Moothpaste onto your toothbrush, or just a tiny smear for kids under 6. Hold your brush at a 45° angle toward your gums and brush gently in small circles to clean teeth and gums without scrubbing too hard. Spend about two minutes brushing. After brushing, spit out the toothpaste but don’t rinse right away, so the minerals can keep working to strengthen and protect your teeth. Wait 20-30 minutes before eating or drinking for the best results. Brush twice daily and replace your toothbrush every three months or when the bristles start to fray. As with all natural products, patch test for allergies before use. Store below 30˚C.
