Shake well before use. Cold & Flu Symptoms: Children 2-4 years: 5ml (1 tsp) three times per day. Children 5-8 years: 12.5ml (2.5 tsp) twice per day. Children 9-10 years: 15ml (3 tsp) twice per day. Children 11-12 years: 17.5ml (3.5 tsp) twice per day. Best taken at the first sign of cold and flu symptoms. Immune Support: To help support healthy immune system function.
