DURO-TUSS Dry Cough PLUS Sore Throat Lemon Lozenges have a 4X ACTION. SUPPRESSES a dry cough. Plus ANAESTHETIC SOOTHES a sore throat. Plus ANTIBACTERIAL. Plus HELPS RELIEVE nasal stuffiness. Suitable for 6 years+. Rapid, effective relief from dry persistent coughs. Helps control the urge to cough. Helps soothe sore throats irritated by continual coughing. Menthol helps relieve nasal stuffiness. Lemon Flavour Alcohol free Lactose free Gluten free
Do not use this medicine in children under 6 years. Use in children aged 6-11 years, only on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner. If symptoms persist, see your doctor or pharmacist. Adults and children 12 years and over: 2 lozenges (one at a time) every 3 hours as required (maximum 16 lozenges per day). Children 6-11 years (only on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner): 1 lozenge every 3 hours as required (maximum 8 lozenges per day). Slowly dissolve lozenges in mouth one at a time. Do not chew.
Do not use this medicine: - If you are taking a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) or an antidepressant, or have taken the MAOI or antidepressant medicine within the past two weeks. - In children under 6 years - If seal is broken - If past the expiry date See your doctor or pharmacist before use: - In children aged 6-11 years. While using this medicine: - Due to the anaesthetic effect, do not have hot food or drink directly after taking the lozenges - The efficacy of an antibacterial agent in lozenges in reducing the severity or duration of throat infections has not been clinically established - If symptoms persist, see your doctor or pharmacist.
