Dimetapp 12 Hour Nasal Spray is fast acting and long lasting, providing relief from congestion due to colds, sinusitis, hay fever and other respiratory allergies. Adults and Children 6 years and over: 1-3 sprays per nostril every 10-12 hours as necessary. Maximum 2 doses per day. Maximum 2 doses per day. Use in children aged 6 to 11 years only on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner.
