How to take Coloxyl with Senna
Take one or two tablets at night before going to bed with a glass of water. This will help to produce a bowel motion in the morning.
Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day. This will help to soften your stool and make it easier to pass.
Increase up to 4 tablets if necessary, but do not exceed the recommended dosage.

It is available in easy to swallow tablets for overnight relief. And it is suitable for use in adults and children 12 years and over, including those who take constipation-inducing medications, such as opioids. Check with your doctor or pharmacist, if using in conjunction with opioids. Adults - Take 1 or 2 tablets at night. Increase to up to 4 tablets if required. Not suitable for under 12 years of age. Not recommended for use in children under 12 years. Drink plenty of water. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting is present, or if you develop diarrhoea. Do not take with other medicines or liquid paraffin, unless advised by a doctor. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product. Increase fibre in your diet except in cases of medication-induced constipation. If symptoms persist, seek advice from a health care practitioner. Prolonged use is not recommended and may lead to dependence or serious bowel problems. Do not use if cap seal is broken or missing.
