Men's Essentials is a men's supplement that provides a comprehensive blend of vitamins, minerals and active B vitamins and supports general health and wellbeing. Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 relieve fatigue and tiredness. Vitamin C, D and Zinc support healthy immune system function. Selenium supports sperm production, and zinc maintains testosterone levels and cognitive function. Vitamins B2, B3 and B6 relieve tiredness and fatigue. Antioxidants vitamin C, E and selenium and lycopene help reduce free radical damage to cells. Zinc is important for the maintenance of healthy testosterone levels and supports cognitive function. Selenium supports sperm production. Vitamin D3, A, C and Zinc help to support healthy immune system function. Contains active forms of Folate, B6 and B12. Alpinia galanga is traditionally used in ayurvedic medicine as a body tonic. Now in an easier to consume soft gel capsule.

The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. Not to be taken by children under 18 years old. WARNING - Stop taking this product if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6]. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
