Infants 0 - 6 months exclusive breastfeeding is recommended, consult your healthcare professional and use only as directed. Children 7 - 12 months take 1-2 capsules daily. Children 1 - 3 years take 2 capsules daily. Children 4 - 8 years take 3 capsules daily. Children 9+ years take 4 capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Take with meal. For children under 5 years, cut the capsule tail and squeeze the contents onto a spoon before administering into mouth. Alternatively, the dosage can be squeezed onto food.
Keep out of reach of children. Vitamins/minerals can only be of assistance if the dietary intake is inadequate. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
