Bio Island Milk Calcium Bone Care is formulated with calcium hydroxyapatite derived from cow's milk for calcium supplementation in adolescents and adults. Calcium maintains healthy teeth and supports bone health, and is needed throughout different stages in life. Bio Island Milk Calcium Bone Care is a source of vitamin D3 and vitamin k2. Vitamin D3 supports calcium absorption. Vitamin K2 maintains bone density and support bone health. Calcium, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 support general health and wellbeing.
Adolescents 12 - 18 years take 2-3 capsules daily. Adults 19 - 50 years take 2 capsules daily. Adults 51+ years take 2-3 capsules daily. Pregnant and breastfeeding women take 2-3 capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Please take with meal. If symptoms persist, consult your health professional. Capsules may be chewed or swallowed. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
Vitamins/minerals can only be of assistance if the dietary intake is inadequate. Do not use if seal on cap is missing, torn or broken.
