Transition guide for Aptamil Gold+ Toddler (Stage 3 & 4)
Start by reducing your usual volume of drink to 75%. Add 25% of the new drink. Do this on every feed for 2 days.
Then reduce your usual drink to 50% and add 50% of the new drink, again, do this on every feed for 2 days.
Reduce your old drink to 25% and the new drink to 75% for 2 days.
If your child has not experienced any adverse symptoms on day 7 you are ready to try 100% of the new drink.

Preparing your Child's feed Age: From 2 years To prepare 1 serving Safe drinking water: 200mL Level scoops of powder: 4 Number of servings per day: 1-2 1 scoop = 8.4g of powder. Note: 1 scoop of powder added to 50mL of water yields approximately 56mL of drink. This feeding guide is a general guide only; your child may need more or less than shown.

Dental Hygiene: Encourage your child to drink from a cup from 1 year and to drink water regularly. Take your child for a dental visit regularly.
