Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop (56g) Tony Ferguson High Protein Shake Vanilla
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Top with: 1/2 cup fresh fruit such as blueberries, raspberries or sliced strawberries and a drizzle of almond butter
Method
- Prep oats by combining all ingredients (except toppings) in two jars or small bowls and cover.
- Soak. Place in the fridge for a minimum of two hours, or leave overnight.
- Re-combine. Stir the oats to mix them through again. You may have to add another dash of almond milk to loosen the mixture as it will get thicker the longer you leave it.
- Add fresh fruit toppings and enjoy
