Our Retail Managers set the bar when it comes to our customer’s experience in store. They’re responsible for the management and performance of the retail business and most importantly the people in the store.

We’d be lost without our Stock Controllers who ensure the pharmacy has the right amount of stock, at the best possible price so our customers can always find the products they need at a competitive price. This role is vital to the business running smoothly, and the pharmacists being able to give the best possible care to our customers.

Our Pharmacists work to facilitate provision of great health care and service to our customers by ensuring that they are provided with the right medication and the best possible advice at every visit. While our Pharmacists are expected to dispense, they still have a major focus of ensuring that all patients are counselled on their medicines at every opportunity with a many of our pharmacies offering forward dispensing.

Generally a pharmacist, our Pharmacy Managers are responsible for the management and overall performance of the pharmacy. They lead, mentor and develop the pharmacy team whilst ensuring smooth operations of the pharmacy and our customers and provided with exceptional customer experiences on every occasion.

Behind the scenes is a dedicated team of over 150 team members supporting the TerryWhite Chemmart Network Partners with a range of functions including Operations, Finance, Merchandise, Marketing, Professional Health Services, Education and Information Technology.
